Seriously it is a so-so deal, as a SDer would say. Even though the MSRP is listed as $277, the real price is around $240. I use DS II (White LED/Brown Cherry MX) for office and DS III (Red LED/ Red Cherry Mx) for gaming at home. I purchased both from the US based retailer with 1 year US-based warranty. I was eyeing the Gold version for a while, but find no justification to have yet another Ducky. I checked today, the same retailer has 4 types of switches for $239, though they would charge shipping. For both DS II and DS III they charged $9. So 220 is not really that slick of a deal for a dated model. I'd pull the trigger at $190 lol to get third Ducky. I would rather wait for http://www.corsair.com/en-us/blog/2014/february/rgb-backlighting
