HeatherVHi Heather, just a quick FYI that on my Transactions page for shipping info it shows my chair as being shipped via UPS but it actually is shipping on FedEx. Not too big a deal since it was easy to figure out what was going on but just thought I'd give you a heads up that your system put the wrong shipper name on there which could lead to some confusion.
