Can I sharpen these on this? https://brodandtaylor.com/knife-sharpener/
Just bought it. Now I need knives for the kitchen. Just wondering. I'll be looking for a knife set the next few weeks. Let me know your opinions.

BrainFlushBased on what I looked up -- I don't think ceramic knives can be sharpened by traditional means (Read something about having fine diamonds are used to sharpen ceramic blades) . These knives may not be ideal for use with your sharpener.

BrainFlushAs you and @Thurnaz and surmised, the answer is no. You need to use a diamond sharpener on ceramic knives. That sharpener has no diamond so it won't work. There are a couple diamond sharpeners on Amazon for under$50 if you need one.
