In the shipment that we received, the content inside is rather mixed and not very organized. This usually don't pose much bottleneck for our receiving department, however the fact that there are more than 50 different distinctive products all with largely similar exterior design certainly make the job that much more complex.
As a result, our receiving staff are taking additional time and attention to ensure these are being sorted correctly. In the mean time the rest of the warehouse team is shipping out orders as fast as the receivers can sort through the inventory. We have already shipped out more than a third of the orders, and we will be working through the weekends to have all the remaining sorted and ready to be shipped out.
Expect an update from us on 12/24 or sooner if something comes up.
