This drop is not using the latest Q4'2013 PCB design. We'll evaluate whether we'll offer it at the next drop, but we'll need prototypes made, then QA, and potentially follow up with changes to the instructions, possible inclusion of LED's in the kits, etc.
I think if there's enough demand, we might be able to do a Q4-2013 PCB-only drop in 8-10 weeks, that's more feasible than offering the new PCB design with the kit (now, or even at the next drop).
