What are the dimensions of the base? Also, is the height adjustable or is it fixed?

According to a PDF on Ergotech's site, the base dimensions are 18" wide x 16" deep, minus some area near the back due to the angles. The height of the monitors as a whole is adjustable up to the top of the pole, and the height of each individual monitor is also adjustable through the mount.

Thank you mtughan! I don't why I missed the base size in the item description. Also, is there any way to attach a 4th monitor to this like how that other model of ergotron has it?

You'll have to purchase some more parts to do it, but they have parts to convert one model to another.
