On May 23, 2017 Watchpaper ran a story entitled “Eterna is Kaput”. The story detailed the brand’s financial difficulties. Sad news, because I own two Eterna watches and they are among my favorites. I have not shopped this watch, so I have no idea whether this offering is a good buy or not. The warranty is the “Massdrop International 1 Year Warranty” and I have no experience with it.
I am done with watch buying, unless I hit the lottery.
So a qualified recommendation for this Eterna drop. Eterna really did make beautiful watches. ☹️
dholik8503I sure hope what you say isn't true :( This beauty is 13 years old, looks like new, and is one of my favourites in the line-up :(

AleskbI checked EBay recently and there is still are a lot of Eterna watches for sale and they are gorgeous. Thanks for sharing the picture, I love your Eterna—everything about it. Too bad my watch budget is $0.0...😕
dholik8503Sad. My parents had bought his-and-hers Eterna-Magic’s when they got married in 1968, and they lasted at least 25 years of hard use. Also ETA movements were originally Eterna’s in-house manufacture.
dholik8503Yeah Eterna is expensive, but i got this one 2nd hand 13 years old lnib recently serviced and within cosc certification accuracy on a timegrapher for 900 euros. No cheap money by no means, but definitely more affordable than the new ones ;)
