jrellsworthPlease follow the instructions provided in our post above. The battery opening tool is enough to open the lid. Please turn the lid clockwise and tap the FIND a couple of times from the opposite direction to open it.

After using the opening tool (why wasn't it made to use a quarter?) I had to use a pin to pop the battery cover off.
Instructions in the package would have been nice.
