My shipment is sitting at Heathrow since Nov 5. Status says "consignee contacted for payment" but no communication received so far. No response from @massdrop as well for the ticket raised.
bozo007Hey @bozo007 -- Looks like DHL got in touch and your package was sent out the same day payment was received on November 18th, then your package arrive on the 19th.

It´s with the DHL were it says it “Shipment is cleared by customs” and that have been going on for quite a while. It should been delivered the 30th Dec and last info on the package was last Friday. No further information

I did all the legwork of calling DHL, getting the phone number of the clearance agency, calling the agency and making the payment. I am now going to think twice about buying here. I face no such problems with Amazon.
