unless explicitly stated no, part of the realized savings is that it doesn't have a warranty which has a line item value and cost [as am insurance policy since it is a risk assessment product ]that is figured into the new purchase price when obtained at higher cost via an authorized dealer some grey market and resellers will offer an asurion or their own in house warranty too, so if that is.important to you , you might go that route instead
