SuppReally, it's not. Sub. $100 is cheap for a GMK set, 110 is pretty standard for a base kit. This kit is pretty loaded with a bunch of layout options and extra keys for both 0 and 00 in the numpad, so on, which makes it very reasonable, but still not super cheap.

Nonnegaardwith all the resell pricing going on, this is a "super cheap" set that covers a lot. sub 100 kits are usually cover up to 65%-TKL not a full base kit like this.
ThePanduuhMost customs are in the 60% to TKL range, and they don't need the numpad. So if you need the numpad you're falling into one of these categories: buying a high-end custom like a TKC Molly or HBCP, in which case you probably don't mind shelling out a bit more, or you're putting GMK keycaps on an off-the-shelf board, in which case, you're a moron, lmao.
SuppI said it jokingly. I followed it up with lmao right after, I really meant nothing by it. Like I said, a lack of full size customs means that tuning the stabilizers and putting some nice caps on an OEM board is a good option. You do you, I just meant that most people would rather save the 10 dollars (or more) and have a sub 100 GMK set for their custom.
SuppI'm sorry but $110 for keycaps IS NOT CHEAP! that's the price of an already built keyboard... I feel these keycaps should be no more than $50... they're just white and black.
rohgamuyou realize that all gmk sets are like that regardless of the legends on the keycaps. if you're not happy with the product just dont buy it then
7_qwI most definitely won't. I believe in supporting creators but that's too much for a basic color scheme of something that I'll be constantly changing
ABS is the type of plastic. Typically keys are ABS, PBT, or POM. ABS is easily doubleshot but at the cost of being less durable and easier to shine than PBT. Doubleshot means the key is actually made with separate "shots" of plastic into the mold (in this case white for the letters, or legends, and black for the body of the key). 1.5 mm is the cross sectional girth of the key wall and thicker always better boi
