@Kevin, I'd like to check if you guys have enough backups / spares to cover people who've chosen to wait until December, but receive damaged keys or the wrong kits? The previous time I submitted a claim for missing / scratched keys, I was told that there weren't any more spares as they had already been allocated to people who'd opened a ticket earlier than me. I had to make the choice of returning the set for a refund, or hunting the keys down myself on the used market. It would really suck for those of us opting to wait until December, receiving something unsatisfactory, and then not being able to get replacements as they went to the September batch.
sauchuangWe're getting a significant quantity of extras of these keycaps being made for inventory-sales in the future so I don't see us running out quickly.
KevinWhen will the extras be available to buy and where? I accidently only ordered mods and numpad and not the base, and need one.
KevinThanks! I’m glad I found this comment. Maybe I’m just dumb but I’ve spent the good part of an hour trying to figure out if there will be extras. Is there any central place I can find updates and information like this? Also, any idea on when extras might be available?
