Has anyone here received their order but not in it's entirety? I just received my shipment and it's missing the RGB modifiers. Was there an update about any delays? Does Massdrop send what they have on hand and then the remainder afterwards?
I've seen that some people have received their RGB Mods so I'm a bit confused on what to do moving forward.

DontReadThisyoure not alone. the previous few posters have a the same problem. We've waited this long, we can wait some more, right?

DontReadThisDitto! My RGB Icon Mods are missing from my set. The printed invoice is missing the listing as well.... Hopefully they give us some sort of explanation.

LazyJI just received my order and I'm also missing RGB Icon mods as well - they're not on the slip either- so we'll see what happens. Emailed MD support, hopefully they know what's up.

DontReadThisI have my order minus the RGB mods. Am glad to get it and putting on what I have now. Glad to see MD has the issue in hand and decided to get what they had out after all.

kbdobsessedSomehow I find it hard to believe this was intentional as it was never communicated. As so many were asking for this to be done, why would they have waited an extra week or two to finally comply. All without communicating this to the masses. Further more waiting until they supposedly received all RGB Modifiers from SP to ship.
If this truly was intended, then they have failed to communicate adequately yet again on this drop...

LazyJGood point--only reason I could see would be to get the sets minus RGB in folks' hands by Christmas. But as you pointed out, why wouldn't they have just shipped everything they had earlier in that case?

kbdobsessedFrom what I have seen some have received their RGB Mods... so the fact that others did not is rather baffling. The only reason I'm not more pissed off is because I'm pretty sure I added the RGB Mods after the dropped re-opened. Maybe that plays into this issue some how. Regardless I paid for them, I should receive them...
