I want everyone to know that Melissa who works for SP is an amazing customer rep, she will always let you know about any progress. The reason this is taking so long is because there are over 1000 sets. I'm sure someone is to blame for the over ordering, and some people not getting their set in the time frame promised, but at this point there's nothing you can do but patiently wait and then enjoy these fantastic caps when they come.
Also it might not be directly SP fault. Their supplier of sublimation paper may have halted their progress. I'm sure they can cast the PBT no problem.

atdcYeah, SP is great and has always been very responsive, especially Melissa. This appears to have just been a massive clusterfuck or "perfect storm" in the group buy/manufacturing process.
Just time to ride it out.
