Finally, a Gunpla drop! Solid kit overall and a good choice if you don't have the MG Nu, otherwise get that one instead.

DarkshadeThey're both great kits, but the Nu is a lot better and sets the MG standard in several ways, thus it is a kit that people should get in MG series. Though the Ni-Nu is a newer kit, it is a bit of step down from the former. It looks a bit stale from a straight build, and lacks a bit of flexibility, but other than that, its a great kit people should buy for its price. The Nu is big and flexible, fantastic subtle psycho-frame design, and good proportions. For me, I'm satisfied with just the MG Nu Ver. Ka and don't have a reason to buy it's predecessor

I have to say that the Nu does have a more classic color scheme with some nice additions, but does it have waterslides? because i think the waterslides on the Hi-V look stunning, I dont argue that the Nu might look better overall with its bold colors but I honestly dont know, Will prob get the Hi-V because of waterslides and get the Nu much later to accompany eachother :P

ExivusI never had a chance to use waterslides so I cant say anything to how easy they are to use, but I just wanted to try something new, other than dry transfers, and this comes with a huge waterslide sheet so it seems like the place to try it out. I heard of issues like the slide tearing while your positioning it and such but like i said, i cant say anything personally. That all being said, the MG Nu ALSO has a waterslide sheet that might be a bit better for beginners like me, so it really puts me on the fence about the whole thing :P
