Received today. Very nice watch, comfortable to wear. Only concern is that the chrono second hand is not perfectly aligned to the 12 position, it's just slightly to the left. Also, the hand of the chrono minute counter (at the 9 position on the dial), is also not perfectly aligned, but slightly off to the right. Is there any way to micro adjust these hands?
mosyThis is why I'm hesitant to join this drop. There was a discussion about this issue with the hands being slightly off on some of the Silverstones awhile back on Watchuseek, and getting them fixed by Helgray was apparently extremely challenging at best. I know on some chronos you can pull the crown out one stop and then depress the chrono button(s) to get the hands to line up, but this sounds like it's just misaligned hands which would need to be fixed by Helgray. Will be curious to see how this pans out, as I really was considering getting in on this drop, but not if the ones Massdrop are selling have misaligned hands.
mosyDo you have a picture you can post? Would like to see if it's misaligned or it's something that can be fixed by pulling out the crown one stop and then pressing either the top or bottom chrono pusher.
NostradamionIn the top pic you can see the subdial in the 9 position has it's hand ever so slightly to the right.
In the next pic you can see the main chrono second hand (red hand) is ever so slightly to the left .
mosythanks for posting these. I would definitely contact Massdrop and see if you can either exchange or return it as I don't think that can be fixed easily.
