Artifact Bloom Series
I'm new to all things keyboard and looking to build my own. The Artifact Bloom Series has caught my eye, and when I went to check compatibility, I couldn't find the model I was looking at getting. Has anyone use these on the GMMK PRO, with glorious pandas? Will these key caps work with that board and those switches?

Issues with contacting Customer Service
Anyone have issues with contacting Customer Service? I am trying to get a replacement for my order since the shipping providers lost my package.

Drop Carina PCB DOA
Hello team. I purchased a frosted acrylic Drop Carina kit from Amazon (the seller was Amazon Services LLC) in late January of this year. I did not get around to buying the switches, plate and other required parts until just last week. I'm getting nothing when I plug in a USB cable. I am able to use the pin button to enter flash mode, yet flashing the firmware does not remedy the problem. I did nothing wrong to this PCB. I've treated it with the utmost care. There are no visual signs of damage on the PCB. My concern is that I've waited so long to open this thing, I'm beyond the return window and possibly even outside the warranty period. Not sure what the warranty period is. Does anybody here have any advice? Thanks.

Love The Look, But Too Much Work To Make It Feel Right, Strange Key Layout
This is probably my favorite overall board in terms of the look of it. In terms of the feel, it has taken so much work to make this a "useable" keyboard. I really couldn't have known how unhappy I would be with the standard keycap set till I bought it. But they use such a weird combination of sizes for the left shift, left CTRL and space bars that using anything other than the stock keycaps requires at least 3 and possibly 4 sets depending on which set you use. Pictured is the YMDK Split 64 and T0MB3RY SA CARBON dual alphas and modifiers, along with a random key from my Dancer set because no left shift from the T0MB3RY kit would fit. Sitting on top of the Chenyi Good Wishes desk mat, which has gotten more abuse than my other mats but is still my favorite.

I imagine the caps will look great with GMK Forge. There may be a bit of orange HUE, but just going off the photo, the cap appears 100% red... Not Orange. If you actually take samples of the image and measure the colors, there are parts with codes like:
#D60019
Note that means 0 green which means NO YELLOW.
On the parts that are "orange" the codes are like:
#FC3533 or #F2421C
The thing is that means there is as much blue as there is green.... the reason... its a highlight so the actual color being added is the white of a reflection.
You cannot just pretend a photo is some magic flat representation of color. You are seeing a 3d object in 2d... there are highlights and lowlights.
A better image to look at the color would be the spacebars:
There is absolutely a bit of orange hue just like I said before, but it is absolutely a shade of red.
