I'm an 11 UK in carmina Simpson, between a 10.5UK and 11 in Rain, and usually an 11.5 D in Allen Edmonds. Should I do an 11 UK in these?

chadanthMost people are true to size in Rain and 1/2 size up in Simpson. My best guess for you is 10.5UK, but I would go with whichever is your true Brannock size. I find JF shoes to fit very true.
