I own 4 Jelly caps with another on the way plus their glow in the dark wrist rest.
Caps and space bar are used daily. Not one issue.
And if I had one, JellyKeys and or MassDrop have always been cordial and more than willing to work out a compromise. Refund or replacement. If there's a delay, that's just the business of online shopping. Turnaround time isn't too quick.
That being said. I think there's a group who are intentionally posting comments to dissuade other buyers.
To those of you on the fence because of what you read, JK and MD have a business to grow and a reputation to uphold, you'll get a good item or your money back unless it's evident it's user error. So what's the risk again?
To MD and JK, thanks for another drop I have to join. Beautiful caps.

BrainFlushThis is kind of insulting to the people that ordered these keys middle of last year got poorly constructed broken versions of the picture and still havent gotten replacements. Glad you got lucky but calling a group of people that got ripped off essentially trolls is just... trolling really.

BrainFlushPeople post comments to share their purchase experience, and if the product ain't good enough , it's only obvious they'll try to warn you to stay away from it.
I have one of the JK space bar. Quality is OK, came with a nice wooden box and all, but definitely too expensive.
Read the JK space bar discussions, there have been mixed reviews. Some came with dents, scratches, too loose or tight stems, and getting a replacement or refund seems like hell. I've been through a refund process on other stuffs in MD and I honestly did not like it. There is no consistency of quality, you either get a good one, or a bad one, but regardless of the outcome, I think it's not worth the price tag.
