Holy heck I need to get into the coaster business. What you have here is twenty cents worth of material in a thirty cent box. 133 sold so far, so that's $2,326 of pure profit. There's not even design overhead, it's just a square piece of plastic. Credit to JR William for liberating money from fools.

neujerseyNot a sock puppet; have no affiliation with these folks. But, you'e definitely showing your ignorance here, and amazing how you value owning a laser cutter and labor at $0. Laser time is typically charged at about $120 an hour or a few bucks a piece. Call it $10 to be generous. Acrylic @ 1/8" x 3 layers per x 4 coasters (estimating 4"x4") is 16" x 12" and roughly $6-$10. Then labor to bond and polish, plus a handful of cents for feet. Herp a derpy doo I don't make anything so I think everything is quick and cheap derpy doo.

WondergeckoYou are getting absolutely ripped off if those numbers you made up are anywhere close to reality. Lol my fab shop would go under if even in that ballpark. I can tell you don't run a company, as those *might* be hobbyist numbers.

neujerseyCool beans. Crazy that you're not building coasters since it's so crazy profitable with your slave labor and free materials.

WondergeckoEhh, market is too small. Fortunately not that many suckers exist that want a non-porous coaster with absolutely no design merit. Only 137 units sold to date.
