Hi. Since there seems to be several issues regarding quality control, that a few units appear used (or at least dirty and poorly handled) and that the internal batteries may be less robust than advertised, is there any possibility that a return and refund (or replacement) could be arranged for those who have legitimate complaints? I realize that this is not part of the game. Makes me feel a little helpless.
