Dyrian525There's no wrong way, but I just rub my index finger in the tin and then rub my finger on my wrists (or wherever you want it to go). If you ever used that old school Carmex chapstick as a kid, it's kinda like that (except I wouldn't put this on your lips!).

IanAndersonBut wouldn't you be washing it off when you wash your hands (and wrists)? Proper hygiene requires washing up to your forearms....but I guess most don't

LizeraYou could certainly put it somewhere else, like on your neck. Wherever you'd normally apply a scent will work fine :)
