Can we get a better explanation than "USPS/UPS didn't pick up the order" for reasons unknown? Why was the order set out for pickup so much later than the expected date? Why would there be a failure in the USPS/UPS pickup process? Will either massdrop or the vendor (who still remains a secret to us after so many of us have requested to know who it is) be doing anything to compensate for our losses/inconveniences? How do we avoid this from happening again to our orders? So far the only conclusion I can draw is don't use massdrop in order to avoid random poorly explained and terribly communicated delays on products.

CloudBoxAgree with CloudBox, the timing doesn't make sense. These were supposed to be all picked up on Monday according to MassDrop's elimelendez1933. So if that pickup failed, why wasn't there a pickup on Tuesday? And that's forgiving the fact that this was a preorder which should have shipped last Friday. Smells fishy.
elimelendez1933 2 days Individual packages have started to ship! The vendor confirmed earlier that majority of the group's order has been sent out with the rest scheduled for pickup shortly. Once your package is scanned into the courier's system an email will be sent with shipping confirmation and tracking info.
