How could the pickup have been missed so many days running? Why have some boxes shipped and others haven't? I understand that delays happen, but the length of time that has passed and lack of specific information about what has happened is unacceptable. Please give us a concrete timeline about when we can expect the boxes to arrive. Failing that, we need some kind of recourse to recoup our losses. The lack of transparency on Massdrop is really troubling- we don't even know the identity of the vendor so that we can avoid purchasing from them in future...
