Yeah, gotta say this one’s frustrating. I’ve tried to have a silly “loyalty” to drop and will continue for the exclusive collabs I guess going forward. $30usd and months long wait, or $30cad from the big A warehouse and get it in 2 days w/ no shipping/duties..

I like DROP but most things are NOT returnable. This is on Amazon for the same price. Free shipping and you can return it for free for 30 days no questions asked. I look here and buy it on Amazon.

Items like this is why I will not purchase from drop again. I enjoy checking the website once a week for product suggestions. They do the searching for me. If I find something I like, I purchase it elsewhere or not at all.

You're totally right and I've been thinking the same thing about Drops business model, you just put it in an accurate and succinct way. I can't see why someone would buy this product from this site when you can get it delivered within a week for the exact same cost elsewhere. Even a few dollar discount would make sense and align with Drops (Massdrops) entire purpose. I don't get where they're trying to fit in the market, besides selling their Drop edition headphones.
