This is getting ridiculous. It is second drop since I made my purchase back in October 2014, which I have not received yet. Massdrop's support takes weeks to get one response, and I have not heard from the support guy. Please, I would like to get refund or replacement asap. This issues frustrate me so much I think I am done for mechanical keyboard hobby.
Jan.16, 2015 update: Massdrop contacted me and solved issue.
