So I ordered a white with backlit...and a gray non backlit keyboard just showed up to me today. Hope it was just an error. Contacted support to let them know about it

SklarzoWell since its unsolicited goods you are under no obligation to return it. You're still owed you white back lit one also. Though you will get some dark side points.

SklarzoThat's a bit worrisome.
I also ordered a white keyboard with white led backlighting, and was an "early shipment." Now I'm worried that it will be the wrong keyboard and I'll have to deal with the hassle of returns, re-shipment, etc. and coupled with UPS ground that just means another week of waiting.

jocelynWell hopefully our whites are still on the way. I will gladly ship out the keyboard I didn't order to go back to Massdrop. If you contacted support let me know what they say, I am still waiting to hear back from them

LebbI'm curious, were you one of the "early" shipments? Right now it seems like every person that was one of the "early" shipments of backlit models, got the wrong keyboard.

LebbThey told me they have backordered the correct board, and that I can hold on to and continue to use the wrong keyboard I had initially received. After the correct keyboard arrives to me they will include in the shipment a prepaid return label to send the wrong one back. That is what I have been told. So far, customer service has been pretty timely and concise so I can't really complain about that since CS wasnt to blame for the mistake.

SklarzoHopefully they'll do similar for me after not getting my backlit version. The hassle of returning after it took months to get it the first time, and other missed deals is really unfortunate.
