I'm just going to reply here to say that the keyboard I ordered was correctly shipped to my address. Several of the keys weren't installed correctly, but I gently pushed down on each of them and the raised keys snapped back into place. None of the LEDs seem to be installed incorrectly since all of the keys depress fully and function normally. On the gray keyboard I purchased the backlight is more of an underglow, but that is exactly as I expected. I'm sorry for everyone that was shipped an incorrect or dysfunctional board :/
