victoroza1Just to throw a spanner in the works... I got my shipping notice a couple of days ago and had ordered a grey Poker II with reds, no idea how early I was in the drop (think I ordered a few days before the end)

"I'm so sorry about that! While we always aim to have the earlier orders shipped out first, the actual fulfillment process is not as straight forward. Factoring into account the staff at the warehouse that is working the fulfillment, a later order may be completed quicker and shipped out first. The shipping method and destination of the order can also affect if the order is fulfilled earlier. While we have requested that the warehouse prioritize earlier orders, if the orders are close enough together a "later" order might go out first (depending on the factors mentioned above). I'm so sorry for the unfortunate luck, but your order looks to be in the second batch at this point."
