It looks like the vendor made the switch on that vibrating speaker drop, and MD offered refunds --it sucks, but you can't blame MD after they did two previous drops for the same product. However, I do agree MD has some problems with poor and miscommunication being number one. I've bought seven items since the beginning of September and have not been happy with the lack of accurate updates, excessive turnaround time from Promofill, and delays in placing orders. My enthusiasm for Massdrop is draining away.

Barryyeah i was super excited by massdrop with my magic box vape (as the estimates were accurate) but to be honest how the hell is a stoners item getting better information regarding its shipping than a keyboard? Idk massdrop shit like this is going to turn away a ton of business. I have 3 coworkers (in a company of 12) all bitching about how they believe they will never receive their products from MD. not sure what you can do about this but people will go elsewhere with little effort.

DanBradburyIt's the tradeoff between paying a bit more for other products or wait a longer period of time. I'm more inclined to be less of a cheapskate in the future.
