The glasses arrived crooked and they are very wide around the ears. Upon contacting Massdrop support, apparently they can't help me as its over 30 days. They would like me to contact the manufacturer...
Can I get some help here.
shaggy9067I had the same thing happen, except the manufacturer reached out to me, as you may find below. Got sent a replacement pair, they were even more crooked. Emailed again, I was told they personally made sure the new ones coming today are good to go, so yeah. Their customer service is great.
