Still no response to my CS email, nor any updates here for days - very nice Massdrop. As a customer, I'd much prefer an email saying "we're working on a resolution still" or something as opposed to complete silence.
A few postings here really isn't enough. The silence is quite frusturating.

massdrop01I hope they come to a better resolution than that. Everyone got the wrong knife. Mine is a Christmas gift, so I'm sort of pissed their only solution is send it back or keep it....
