Here's the restrict list from Australian custom:
Daggers, automatic knives, single handed opening knives, butterfly knives, trench knives, ballistic knives, concealed knives/blades, throwing knives/blades/axes, star knives, push knives, sheath knives, non-metallic knives.
This one should not be in the restricted list.

jun.zhangKeep in mind that what's on the list, versus what actually gets seized, aren't necessarily the same. Customs officers aren't experts at this stuff and may misclassify it and just seize it anyways.

@leeramsdale You can definitely open this knife with one hand(also stated in the features is assisted open), and that's what I would classify it as.
