larrylesnllarrylThat's how Massdrop works. Unlike other online stores, Massdrop doesn't have a massive stockpile of the things you're ordering. Instead, they have none of it and they have to buy it in bulk from the manufacturer. This is how the process works:
1. Massdrop runs the sale. Nothing happens until the sale ends, which is either after a certain time or after a certain number of units are purchased. 2. Massdrop submits an order to the manufacturer, who then has to manufacture the entire order. Massdrop then begins preparing the shipping labels/etc while waiting for the shipment. 3. The manufacturer ships the order to Massdrop. 4. Massdrop gets the order, packs it, and mails it. 5. You get the product!
You can't complain about the wait time on Massdrop. By signing up and buying something here, you should understand why the cost is so low.

demizeOf course we can complain. It may be without merit or resolve anything and of course your reasons are sound and factual. But, for some reason I guess it just makes me/them feel better. It's like Amtrac , and you know it is going to be late, yet one still complains. I still want my knife

demizeI would argue we have the right to complain but, by participating we should understand how Massdrop works and what should be expected when you put your money down. If you join the drop you should expect to wait a month or so to actually receive what you ordered.

larrylesnllarrylthe prices for some items are low but for many just competitive. I think mass drop needs to work on this or they will not be in business long.

demizeThe cost on some items is competive ut not really low and I believe Massdrop has to work on improving their delivery and pricing or they will not really be competitive.
