Considering the regular price of a Leek, ninety-nine bucks for this one seems like a hell of a premium to pay for a novelty feature.

RayFThey upgraded the steel as well, but it is nothing worth offsetting that price difference, the steel on the OG leek is plenty good

JaegerD Agreed--reasonably sure I'd never recoup the extra cost of either feature this version offers over the stock versions I've been carrying for years now.

RayFYeah the stock Leek is great, super fast opening and perfect blade for slicing. My only complaint is the metal scales. They are just too slick for me given it's narrow profile. But I've had it several years now and it hasnt bugged me enough to replace them and I doubt the resin carbon fiber would do anything for the slickness.

JaegerDI forgot the pocket clip, I personally just hate anything that is not a deep carry. Thats my other gripe for the knife. That being said, I got it for about 25 bucks new, so the complaints are minor, considering all the pros. Easily worth the 40 or 50 it sells for in my opinion
