I waited like 3 months for these and they showed up broken. Now mass drop won't even get back to me. I kind of hate buying stuff from this site because half of everything I buy shows up in bad condition and then it takes a lifetime for them to replace it or give you a refund.

But not more than 3 months as you say because we opened the order on Drop in February ,2020 All products are tested by us before delivery and Drop checked again. CraftkeyJust a heads up that I spend an extra $60 to send this to your imaginary office in Vietnam, and it couldn't even be delivered. So now you've got me for $150. That's $100 for two key caps that were broken on delivery, and almost $60 for delivery to an address that the post office doesn't think exists.
This is really criminal. I can't believe I've been contacting you guys for 6 months and you can't do anything to rectify your cheap products

First when you emailed us
And you said that you bought two Magic book keycaps with the same profile R1 but they gave you one R1 profile and the other is R3 profile.
We have checked the information and have responded to you that. Magic book for the first round of group buy has been sold directly on our site, and the stem was be black, and Magic book for the second groupbuy on the Drop's site the stem has blue colour
After viewing the image you showed us. we see the Magicbook profile R1 has blue stem, R3 with black stem
It means there is a possibility that you bought Magicbook profile R1 on Drop. And we do not know where you bought the magic book profile R3
Because we cannot find your name in the list of customers who have purchased directly with us. Therefore, we asked you provide an invoice if you purchase directly with us. And you cannot provide any invoice
So we cannot be held responsible for the condition of your product in this case.
then you asked us to fix the stem and fix Keycap R3 change to keycap R1.
While this is not our fault. But we still agree to assist you in this case.
We have told you that we will make two completely new keycap magic book with R1 profile and follow the color you want and send back to you. And you only need to pay the $ 15 shipping fee. And there is no need to return your keycap to us
And you kept silent and did not reply to us and 4 months later you contacted us and you told us that you will send the keycap back to us and you complain about the cost is 70 $ to send back to Vietnam. It's too high and asked us that we know other way is are cheaper
Then we have sent you images of customer orders sent back to us from the US only cost 15.25 $.
Then you sent the item yourself through Usps and you complained that it cost you $ 50.
And we asked you to send us the tracking code for us to contact and follow this package, but you replied that there has no tracking number. And then we asked you again that if you have any shipping receipts from Usps please send us. We will contact them to track your package. But then you have not responded to us anymore since November 2020 until now
And until today you complain that we are cheating on you and is a virtual company. When your request is not as you are expected and it's not at all my fault
The address we send you is an authenticated address, not a virtual address for our customers. And all orders when customers want to fix the stem or re-polish the product are sent to this address and we still receive it. when you send pictures of the package is returned to you, we don't see our contact number on the package for the delivery staff to contact us. that's why they can not give it to us and send back to you.
