I received my tracking information on the 16th, but the website that the link in the email takes me to says that the tracking number is unknown; ergo I have no idea if my package has even shipped. I put in a support request yesterday, but I got the auto response of "mass drop is experiencing high volume of support requests than usual". I just want to track my package :(

JimNSame issue here, sent back to WA on December 18th with no further updates yet. Can we hear something from Massdrop regarding this issue? Especially if they're already starting a new drop for this item.
