I would just like to say that I agree the communication has not been up to par with what I would expect when such a great delay has befallen us, as mentioned in the previous comment by Mark.
HOWEVER, I am very displeased with the amount of negativity and aggressiveness towards massdrop itself. We all knew that it was during the holiday season and that it was very clear that there were some complications in order. I believe that positive reinforcement is always a much better solution to moving things forward, than just blaming....which usually gets people nowhere
I am happy that we finally have this sorted out though, and I VERY MUCH appreciate the hard work and effort that massdrop has put fourth to handle this situation I look forward to dealing more with this community in the future.
P.S. Mark, fantastic poem. That Khan pun was amazing. I probably laughed at it for a good 5 mins. :p
You forgot to mention the Priority 2-Day shipping, too (or at least that's how mine is coming).
