I just got my shipment. I'm so pissed I'm beside myself. All I got in the priority envelope was one 80 pack of the Hyper Mat sleeves. NOTHING ELSE.

Oh god don't tell me its happening again. Someone in the 12-pack perfect fit drop got NOTHING in his box and i only recieved 6. You should contact Massdrop CusSer asap so they can send you the remaining stuff.

I submitted a thing under "contact support" in the transaction page, but theres no indication of it after submitting. You'd think you'd get a conformation email or something.

yeah you actually don't usually and they can take forever to get back to you tbh. When i messaged them about my missing packs they took days.

Thanks, they got back to me, I send the info and photos of what I actually received. They stated "Thanks for reaching out, and apologies for the discrepancy! We would be more than happy to send you the missing items you noted. We'll contact the vendor to source your the missing parts, which may take a couple of weeks + shipment out to you. However, we will ensure to reach out to you as soon as the tracking number has been generated. " That was 8/12. So far the issue seems to be KMC from reading all the comments on all the KMC drops.
