LAMY Dialog 3 Fountain Pen

I am giddy with anticipation. My first drop! I have attempted to buy this pen twice before and had issues with bad service. eBay sold me a used and damaged pen (listed as new and un-used of course) and an Amazon 3rd party seller gave me a 2 month shipping estimate and $260 price. I cancelled that order as soon as I found out about Massdrop and this Lamy Dialog 3 drop. I can't wait! This might be the beginning of something awesome...

This was the beginning of something alright, but definitely not something awesome. The beginning of frustration and disappointment. I think I am done with Massdrop. I was so excited at first but out of 5 orders I place two are going horribly bad. The Dialog 3? Haven't seen it yet. Ordered way back in April. It was supposed to deliver over a month ago. And how do I find out there were problems? Not from Massdrop. I have to keep emailing them to find out. Twice they gave me shipping dates that came and went without a word from them. I post this here because they seem more likely to reply when everyone gets to read it. The emails to support last time went ignored. So another promise that it would ship by 6/8/2015 came and went and they tell me nothing. So I emailed support (which I expect will be ignored like last time) and I post this here to help speed up the process.
I hate being that negative person. I don't like reading comments griping about problems someone had. I feel like a certain amount of mixups and issues will happen at every company. This is just silly though. Two of my five orders are at a point where I don't know if I will even get them. And the lack of information from Massdrop is frustrating. I hope I am just a very unlucky guy to have two botched orders but just be aware that you may not want to take any of their info as a bankable fact. And don't be surprised if your item doesn't show up when they say and you have to begin your own investigation in what happened.
You almost had a Massdrop addict, Massdrop. My Amazon addiction costs me more thousands than I would like to admit each year and will probably not be losing any of my business to Massdrop after these experiences.
