Designed for LAMY by Franco Clivio, the Dialog 3 combines the performance of a 14-karat gold nib with the convenience of a retractable pen, allowing you to carry both luxury and convenience wherever you go. When the nib is hidden away, a ball valve moves in place to protect the nib and prevent ink from drying out Read More
I heard the Palladium finish is delayed worldwide because of the material or something. Personally I like the Piano White and Matt Black the best, this is really such a fun pen, iconic design if you ask me!
Would it be possible to include palladium finish in this drop? Also same question like earlier post, which is easier to clean off? I am also concerned with durability of the finish, hope either the black or white finish are durable?
I inked the piano black with F nib with Diamine Majestic Purple. :) But really they've lowered to $185? This goes for the 3 colors? The matte black, piano black and the white?
AlexTanYuppers! I just received my order, piano black in EF. I was at an annual pen sale event hosted by a local store, where the Lamy rep told me that the EF grind in 14k only is shaped like an architect’s grind, and let me try it with his personal copy. The skies opened up, angels were singing, and my eyes were wider than a Anime character. At the $300 range I wasn’t going to buy it, but the Endless Pens deal was too good to pass up. I did buy another pen from the store.
The rep did recommend using an ink with more lubrication. He used a Sailor Jentle. I used Caran d’Ache and it works just as well.
