elimelendezI never received mine. Just an email saying there was a problem and a promise that I would receive mine by the 24th. It is the 23rd and not a word from Massdrop. I have sent two emails to support and no response to either. I am new to Massdrop. This was actually my first purchase. I have 4 other orders now and I am hoping this is a rare case. Either way, the lack of response from support has me doubting this exciting new website I found. Any idea how to get information about my order?

Mattsplat@Mattsplat your pen was backordered and the vendor is scheduled to receive it on on 5/26. I just contacted them about the unit. If it all goes according to scheduled it should be shipping to you by early next week. I will keep my eye on this for you!
