So I got an email saying my pens had shipped and when I tried to track it with the number from the email UPS says its invalid. Any way to get a real tracking number or an estimate of when it's going to be here?

The tracking number you received for UPS international will not show updates while in transit.
We'd like to give better information about packages in transit, but it's not feasible right now.
As with all operations, we're constantly looking at ways to improve the member experience.
