I have several shoes from lanona and I can tell you Ben's customer service is worth the price alone. The quality of their boots is amazing and if you do happen to have an issue Ben will work it out with you. I'm tempted to get a pair of the black cap toes :'(

eric.BWhat if the boot doesn't fit? Literally. Would there be a replacement offered? It's really hard to judge sizes online. Especially if they specifically say they are slightly wrong.

Camboi have these captoes. I found that they run a bit longer and narrower than their other boots/shoes. I went down half a size and replaced the insoles with a thinner one. fits perfect. I cant speak for Ben but it helps if you message him directly with your concerns
