What does "eight perforated and detachable sheets" mean? Eight of the more than 100 sheets are perforated but otherwise the same as the rest? Are these eight in a group at the front or back of the notebook, or spread throughout?

MountainPassUnless they have changed the design, they are all at the back (I bought one ~4yrs ago). It's meant so that if you need to tear out a page, you have some that are ready to go for that reason.

toomanypensThanks for the info. I need to find some good notebooks in which all pages are perforated because I usually like to stay organized by tearing out the pages that are no longer needed.
