The site for the freight company is up and running again and I was able to confirm the new expected ship date. It looks like the reason for the delay was because of inclement weather and these are now scheduled to arrive tomorrow. Our warehouse team is standing by and will prioritize these as soon as they come in. I have reiterated to them the importance of getting these shipped and will update the group as soon as everything is packed up and on its the way to you.
Expect an update from us on 12/3 or sooner if something comes up.
