Glad to hear that people are getting their monitors and we're excited to hear your reviews of them! As most of you reading have noticed, the documentation etc from LG is a little spotty and inconsistent- we'll work over the next few weeks with LG to see if more 'official' documentation becomes available. They may never make proper documentation since it's so similar to the 95, but we'll see. In the meantime, for warranty claims, here's the instructions directly from our rep at LG:
...Customer Service Group and they did state that your customer should be contacting them at the 888-865-3026 option 1, then option 1 again. The confusion may be with the consumer version of this monitor. If the rep thought the monitor was a consumer version, then they do refer them back to the reseller they purchased the monitor from. But, since this is a commercial monitor, our CS Group will take care of the unit. The consumer model number is 34UM95-P and the commercial is 34UM94-P.
Where's my monitor? Still no shipping notification!
This is absolutely unacceptable, MD. Everyone else's monitor has shipped, and all I get is promises "in a day or so" and then silence despite several emails to support. You got my money over a month ago and now you are ignoring me?
Would appreciate information about expected delivery for us in the second group of purchasers.
