We spoke to our vendor earlier today and these were shipped out towards the end of last week. We expect them to arrive at our warehouse before the end of this week. As soon the bulk order arrives we will update the group accordingly.

It's not about patience but undelivered promises. You said there will be an update by 8/28 which did no occur until someone actually posted a question about it.
I wrote the support an email complaining about just this, that we hadn't gotten an update that was promised by a certain date. A few hours later, and we have a response from Massdrop.
It's not the first time it has happened for me on a drop. And every time I write them about it they quickly "have and update". It's just bad business practice.
