For ppl in Canada who are looking at this or other products from massdrop or Drop ,pls keep this in mind: when I got an email stating that my product has been shipped on July 24 when only the electronic info was sent to shippers product didn’t get to post office till 3 days later!plus in the fine print it states: Your package is being shipped via Asendia USA. They partner with USPS and Canada Post to get your package across the border and to your doorstep. The Asendia tracking page will keep track of your order through the entire process, and will also provide you with a USPS/Canada Post tracking number that you can use on usps.com or canadapost.ca once your package has reached the US/Canadian border.  now support says it has no visibility on the product Hi Mike, Thank you for getting back to me with the information for that I have requested. I can understand any confusion or concern with your shipment. This particular package is shipping through Asendia Canada IPA, which has limited tracking information. We have no further visibility on the package and we have no way of knowing at this point if it's being held up in custom, if it's delayed, lost, etc. so in fact there is no Canada Post tracking number , I know it’s in Canada and I live near a major postal distribution facility, so I don’t know if I can leave the house , because I have no way of knowing when it’s coming and I do not want to miss the delivery.
This is not the way to run a business, you state shipping times that got delay 3 times, then this crap. I ordered the flashlight in May or June and it’s still not here, I could have bike to Folcroft Pa and back by now. I mean mountain bike not motorcycle lol
