Zender"No update from vendor", yet there's been numerous other Marmot drops since the Precip. How exactly does that work?

gnarledcouleeI guess even the same brand, for instance Marmot, there might have different vendors for each drop. But for this case, I'm such disappointed by the reply from Massdrop Community Support. They should take the responsibility for their customer (supporters like us).
